For those who are flying, Coolangatta Airport (Gold Coast) is the closest airport to Midginbil Eco Resort – it's about an hour's drive from Midginbil Eco Resort.
WedFest Party Bus and a Cheeky Pub Lunch
With many of our guests travelling to either Brisbane or the Gold Coast, we’ve arranged a private coach to get everyone to the wedding in style. If you’d like to jump on board, just let us know!
Pre-Wedding Pub Lunch
Before we hit the road, we’re planning a cheeky pub lunch at Breakfast Creek Hotel in Brisbane from 10:00 AM on Friday, 6 June 2025. If you're staying in Brisbane, come down for a few coldies and a feed before the coach picks everyone up at 12:30 PM.
From there, the bus will:

Head to the Gold Coast to pick up guests arriving at Coolangatta Airport - ETA 1:30 PM, pick up location TBC.

Drive straight to Midginbil Eco Resort, just over the border in NSW, where the festival fun begins!
Return Trip
The bus will take everyone back at 11:00AM on Monday, 9 June, dropping guests off in the Gold Coast and Brisbane.​
